The beer poured into the glass slightly hazy lime green with a white head which rose for a second but fell in an instant to do practically nothing in terms of lacing the glass. Almost added as such since the beer contains Ginseng. It smells good as far as Evil Eye is concerned but in the overall taste test goes Evil Eye Ice is the best so far but the Red has yet to be tasted. No off flavors present but couldn't really tell.ĭ- This beer was sickly sweet to me. Alcohol isn't really any player in the aftertaste just green apple. Green apples dominate everything on the palate and long into the aftertaste. A little sour tasting I thought from the artifical green apple taste but it died down as I drank this beer. Nothing really comes through except for a hint of grain every once in a while and some sweet alcohol in the ending. T- Sweet green apples rules the flavor on this beer. There is some lighter medicinal alcohol that turns sweeter as the beer warms. From start to finish as far the aroma goes this green apple Jolly Racher type scent dominates.
After pouring it and letting it sit for a second it still smelled like green apple. S- As soon as I cracked this can open it smelled like sickly sweet artifical green apple. Half finger white head shows poor retention and dies in what seems to be a second flat. This was Round 3 of the Evil Eye Challenge.Ī- Pours a lime green color almost the same color as the can itself.
